We created BestFireExecution to be the Consumer Reports of fire safety: independent, data-driven, and unafraid to call out products that don't deliver on their promises.
Every claim we make is verifiable. Every product we recommend has been personally tested. Every certification has been confirmed with the issuing body. We believe fire safety is too important for marketing spin.
Our Independence Policy
If a product sucks, we'll tell you. Here's how we maintain our independence.
We Buy Everything
Every fire extinguisher we test is purchased at full retail price with our own money. We never accept free products, manufacturer samples, or "review units." This ensures our reviews reflect the same experience you'd have as a consumer.
No Pre-Publication Review
Manufacturers never see our reviews before publication. We don't send drafts for "fact-checking" that becomes editing. If our testing reveals problems with a product, we publish those findings without modification.
Certification Verification
We verify every certification claim directly with the issuing body. If a product claims to be UL Listed, we check UL's database. If it claims NTA 8133 certification, we request documentation. Marketing claims are not evidence.
Transparent Methodology
Our testing protocols are documented and consistent across all products. We measure spray distance, discharge time, and ease of use under controlled conditions. Our scoring criteria are published for anyone to review.

Products are scored across categories: Certification (30%), Performance (30%), Build Quality (20%), Value (20%).
